with the new pda if you take the battery out it automatically resets the pda.

once you have taken the battery out and then replaced it, you will notice once you turn the pda back on that the stockpda shortcut is no longer on the desktop.

1.double click on the two computers located on the right hand side of the task bar.
-click on the arrow facing right located in top right hand corner.
-click on the Wireless information tab and then double click on the desired network.
-you will notice that the network key has been deleted. untick the option "the key is provided automatically", then re-enter the network key and click ok.

2. double click on the barcode icon and once its is opened, click on the "data ouput".
        *auto enter= "scan+Enter_char
        *auto enter char= "carriage return"
-now click ok, and then click on the symbologies tab and check that only "EAN-13, EAN-8 and EAN 128" are ticked and then click "OK"

3. hold down on the windows icon in the bottom left hand corner, without lifting the pen drag the cursor up to "program files" and then down to "windows explorer".
-from this screen double click on the icon that says "diskOnChip".
-now hold down on the icaon "stockpda" and select copy.
-now close windows explorer and hold the pen down on a empty section of the desktop and select paste shortcut.

4. Double click on the stockpda icon and u should be prompted to enter the server IP address. click ok
-click on the setup tab and enter the server IP and check that the database location is correct. and then click store.

the pda is now ready to use.
